Hardware Components

For hardware components sourced through our services:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt
• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Consultation Services

Consultation and advisory services are provided on a per-project basis. Refunds for consultation services are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be available if services have not been substantially provided.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match the description provided, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Process
